1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been packed and collected by the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Rates

A shipping fee of R99 will be applied to orders under R1000. Free shipping is offered for orders over R1000.

All orders received from the greater Hermanus and Onrus areas will be delivered free of charge.

Any active shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at:

5. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No one available to receive parcel
  • Unreachable contact number

The parcel may be returned to us.

Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.


6. Delays Outside Our Control

While we work with reliable courier partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action
  • Force majeure events

We will always assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence if damaged

We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


8. International Shipping (If Not Offered)

Currently, we ship within South Africa only.
