Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customised or worn products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

7. Warranty – Kelp Quality Guarantee
We offer a 6-Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty on performance headwear.
This warranty covers:
- Stitching failure
- Material defects
- Manufacturing faults
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse
- Improper care
- Damage caused by external factors
We reserve the right to assess warranty claims before approving replacement or refund.
7A. Product Use & Sun Exposure Disclaimer
Kelp Collectives performance headwear is designed for comfort and performance in outdoor environments.
While certain materials may provide partial coverage from sunlight, our products are not certified sun-protection devices and do not guarantee prevention of sunburn, skin damage, heat-related illness, or other environmental exposure risks.
Customers remain responsible for taking appropriate precautions during sun exposure, including the use of sunscreen, adequate hydration, and additional protective measures where necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Contour Collectives (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for injuries arising from environmental exposure where the product was used as ordinary apparel and reasonable sun-protection precautions were not taken.
